  This place its very clean and people very friendly...I gave 5stars to the manager Carrie Jensen and the property TownHouse Community , I recommend every person to come and see the trailers that are on sale , very nice trailers. ATTE..Rosa I valdez

  The new manager is straight up racist. Everyone here is mexican besides me and a few other people. And she harrasses anyone who isnt white. She also has called my husband a wet back on several occasions. Its not smart to harrass the tenants who know where you lay your head to sleep . 😂
