  We got in late about 1AM, we called earlier to make sure our room would be ready. When we got there the front desk wasn't very nice. He said they all booked, we said we know we are one of the bookings, he insisted he was booked, so we just decided to camp out in the lobby. We left and came back with food about 2 hours later. He announced some guests didn't show up and our room was ready. That made no sense to us, we figured he was lying about our room wasn't ready when we first got there but whatever. We were just tired. These people need better training.

  New, nice rooms and appliances. Everything was clean. Nice lobby. Gym was not too bad. Location is right next to a neighborhood on one side. I'd go back

  Great staff and service. We only stayed one night but wish we stayed longer. The lobby and pool area is very nice and clean. They served a nice hot breakfast in a comfortable area. We really loved our room with a full kitchen. Next time we go to Miami, we will definitely be staying at TownPlace Suites!

  Great service! I had miss my connecting flight and I had to find a hotel to sleep. I found this hotel and they service was just AMAZING! Very helpful,clean,free breakfast,very kind staff,free airport shuttle. Just amazing! I highly recommend this hotel.

  My friends and I stayed here for our spring break and we absolutely loved it! The heated pool felt great after a long day of walking around. The continental breakfast offered a nice selection of food, including some variety of eggs, breakfast meats and waffles. It was nice to have the kitchenette so we could save some money and cook meals. It was also great to have access to a grill (and by the pool!!) The service was friendly and prompt. We particularly liked one of the men that worked at the front desk, Victor, who was super funny and kind. He really made the stay memorable for us. The hotel is walking distance from several restaurants, convenience stores and even a movie theater. There is plenty to do even though you’re not in downtown Miami. We will definitely be back!!!!
