  Hello friends!!! There was some confusion with our block reservation for about 20 rooms .. the confusion was on OUR part and no fault of TownePlace Suites. The ladies I dealt with at the front desk on 04/22 at approximately 1200-1230 were incredibly helpful, professional and a complete joy to deal with. Thank you so much for the help this afternoon, you were wonderful and I hope your supervisors or bosses see this, you deserve the recognition for being true customer service professionals! Steve

  Ronny at the front desk is, no joke, the best customer service person I’ve met in the last few years. I’ve been traveling across the country for a while and have never met a friendlier, happier, more helpful worker. He should be showered with praise and receive a serious raise. I felt more comfortable and taken care of than at any other resort or hotel I’ve been in. Facilities were clean and comfortable and lots to do in the area. Absolutely would stay again, as long as Ronny is employed and thriving.

  The front desk person Keisha was the worst front desk person I have ever encountered at a Marriott. She was super rude and acted like I was disturbing her when I asked for my complimentary water and basically said No very loudly and the proceeded to tell me I was not the right status to get complimentary water. I had to call Marriott Customer Service to prove I had the proper status. It’s not about the water but her attitude. Really, really rude unlike the person that checked us in earlier in the day who was extremely nice and helpful. I will not be back to this Marriott location with rude front desk people and Keisha definitely should not be in a front desk job if she does not want to be nice to people.

  Great hotel and staff and downtown location. The only knock is No (self) parking lot, but valet was very responsive! They have a text message system to use when you want your vehicle. Just allow a few minutes for them to bring it around.

  Jonathan and Ellie at the front desk were very helpful. I had forgotten a form that I needed for check in and they worked with me to get it taken care of. Also gave some great recommendations on dinner and attractions to see. The valet gentleman was wonderful. Room was perfect. Breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel itself is beautiful. Only downside was the noise from downtown traffic but that was easily solved by using the YouTube feature on the tv for white noise.
