  I was hesitant to go there but the area seemed ok. Most of the areas seemed clean.

  Not a great place to live. Management changes every 8 to 12 months so it's very run down and expensive to live. Lot rent goes up every year.

  I enjoyedbthis place as it seems a quiet family oriented place. My husband and I were there because a tenenant had a solid door, which are hard to fund anymore, listed on Craigs list for free.The draw back was or is rather, no address. Found a neat establishment..but no door.

  The place is real beautiful, very friendly . convenient and peaceful. The management is very kind and helpful . I personally would recommend town and country to all my friends. Sincerely yours Frank Juenemann.

  Nice set up, very clean. The play area in the middle looks cool for kids.
