  Very clean, quiet. Very much a family establishment. 420 friendly staff as long as you are respectful and not an a**hole. Get the respect you give, AS IT SHOULD BE!!! A**HOLES BEWARE!!! **FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT ie: children, BBQs, ice cream truck, :/ NO DRUG HEADS.... YOU ARE NOT WELCOME

  I have been staying in the town and country Manor 1 since moving from New York in February. Certain staff members are very rude. Our first impression of the overall customer service was very Low. They advertise free HBO, microwaves in the room, monthly rates. We did not have HBO or a Microwave in the room. When we inquired about the microwave we were told that not all the rooms come equipped with them even though they advertise differently. They do not offer monthly rates so they shouldnt advertise that they do. Overall our stay was decent. No major problems. No gun shots. We had roaches when we first got into the room but they did have pest control come and after a week we havent seen a roach since. There are some weird people who stay here at various times and many mentally unstable people. But if you just need somewhere to stay until u can get an apartment or a house. This is the perfect place.

  I dont stay in the Town and Country Manor 1 on Boulder HWY. But I have a friend that does and we think its Despicable that the empolyees there deal drugs to the tenants. So my friend who wants to remain anonymous and I watched the maintenance man Sam with the ponytail sell drugs to one of the other tenants. There are good families in here who just need a safe place to stay and instead the employees are dope dealing thugs. I absolutely would not recommend that anybody with children stay here.

  Town & Country has big rooms they're little pricey though

  Pricing is a little high but the amenities are pretty good. Free WiFi (albeit sometimes unstable, random disconnections). Laundry room is small, $1.50 to wash, $1.00 to dry. Inside the room has adequate basic furnishings and relatively spacious bedroom and closet. Appliances are okay but could use improvement. Price is $259/wk for first 4 weeks and $229/week thereafter. Real key locks (not electronic locks like some other weeklys). Staff sometimes unfriendly but overall tolerable.
