  I lived here for two years. All these people talking crap about Liz probably don’t realize half the crap she has to put up with. She gets crackheads, methheads, drunks, pimps, hoes, prostitutes, drug dealers, all trying to rent from her to do their business on her property. She is extremely selective over the tenants she chooses to stay on her property. Although it is a weekly, most of her tenants, at least while I was there, are elderly and had been there a very long time. If you’re a transient, she probably doesn’t see the value in renting to you when she could rent long-term to some old retired person on SSI. She works hard to keep that property clean and safe and feeling like Home to the tenants that are there. You’d be a little bitter and have resting bitch face if you worked on or knew anything about Boulder Highway too. Cut her some slack. She was always amazingly nice to me, and I will always recommend her property for someone looking for a cheap long term place to stay.

  The management needs alot of improvement!! She was rude inconsiderate and most of all DISRESPECTFUL!! SHE NEEDS A PEOPLE SOCIAL SKILLS CLASS OR JUST A GOOD ASS WHOOPING

  Liz is pure ev elegance and charm. I have never seen her without her face all not squeezed together, as if. there was something that'll she was aware of. She took a. burger to the 3 wisemen... Very large,2 big rooms plus a bathroom w/tub.CG

  No one is going to be a push over for this old lady, she is extremely rude as if she can't be bothered doing her JOB. I haven't even got a chance to follow the rules and brown nose like some of the other reviews because i couldn't even get her to help me find out rates. Instead what i got was hung up on! I was really interested in staying here, but my hard earned money will be spent somewhere else.

  Lets be honest, this is a weekly suite on Boulder Hwy, not the best kind of place to be. However, I have been here for 3 months now and have not seen a single roach, in my opinion that is AMAZING! The area (Boulder HWY) is a very bad area, but I can tell you I have never seen anything like drug deals or hookers on this property, you can see it everywhere else around, but not here. It's ALWAYS nice and quiet here, and everyone I've seen here is always polite and friendly. I think all of this is because of the manager, she's tough and doesn't put up with any B.S., which is good in my opinion. I've seen some people leaving bad reviews about her, but as long as you follow the rules, pay your rent, and are respectful of the other tenants, she is a very sweet lady. The maintenance man is very polite and efficient. I've even seen the maid washing every single handrail on the property, something you wouldn't expect, but something to appreciate. I recommend this location.
