  Showed up at 2:30 in the afternoon to pick up a new piece and a new pen (battery) for my e-cig. Sign on the door says staff will be back in 5-10 minutes and door is locked. The staff is inside having a meeting so I hung around I outside for 25 minutes, now I’m just annoyed, going to another shop. FYI... you shouldn’t leave customers standing outside in the rain during regular business hours, bad for business.

  Sold me a very obviously defective coil, huge gap between cotton and case allowing for the fluid to run right thru and flood my hand on fillup. Ok, whatever, it happens, but when I went in to get another it's no exchange, no refunds, and genuinely don't care. Save your money and buy your product elsewhere. *After writing this review I went and bought coils elsewhere and wow is there a difference... Twice the cotton and no obvious gaps, perfect wire, better threading, and when in use there was no leaking or splatter. Every coil the other shop had looked like this. If the owner of tower reads this, please, consider the possibility that you might have counterfeit smok coils as every one I've bought here in the past couple months has been marginal at best, often unusable. And the employee's response of "Every coil we sell looks like this, I can't do anything for you. No exchanges" doesn't help.

  Literally HORRIBLE...! Customer Service, I went into the TS Location On Maria in Fresno, Ca On 12/4 around 7pm I purchased a (YO CAN HIVE $27) when I got back to my car I plugged the mini usb to my port to charge, it was weird cause there was no red light that indicated it was charging.... I immediately started reading the directions, DIRECTIONS indicated their was suppose to be a RED light while charging. I immediately called the guy back that sold it to me, he began to tell me over the phone how he didn’t sell me anything, that it was his manager, before I could tell him there was no one else in the store besides him, he immediately told me he wasn’t going to be able to do anything about the (YO CAN HIVE) not working he couldn’t give me my money back, best thing he could do was have me come in in the morning to talk to manager....! Horrible customer service literally got took for $27 and had the thing for a total of 7 min... horrible place go to the one in Clovis....!

  I loved tired smoke in Clovis unfortunately some dummy burned it down. I had to go 2 The Tower in Fresno unfortunately I was greeted with horrible hospitality and told if I wanted to try and juice by tasting it on my finger which I do with the other store in Clovis many times that I have to buy the juice. I'm sorry that the laws have changed but I'm not the lawmaker I'm a loyal customer. I've spent thousands of dollars and that store but more mods and I can count more juices and I can count and more coils and I can count I don't go to any other store because of how much I loved the store in Clovis. I don't think I'll be going back to the one in Fresno anytime soon. I'm hoping the guy in the back was just having a bad day or is stressed because of the unfortunate burning of the other store.RIP

  Disappointing. I've been going here for a 4 years now. Great prices and selection. Got a defective atomizer for my ecig. Took it back, unused, to let them know it wouldn't fit in my tank. They wouldn't return it. It's only $5, but if the company won't stand by their products they sell and pass the buck onto their customers, then my $200 a month can go to a place who will be loyal with me.
