  I've been dealing with tower for a year. I wish I would have done more research before dealing with them from day one is Been a headache. Waited 8 hours to receive my vehicle the first day. Once I received it the brakes were squeaking. The account manager talks to people like if he's a thug. But I will say if you have an issue you see David or Crystal they're the ones that will get results the correct way. Overall Tower is it really the best place to be going for a vehicle.

  My experience in this dealership was outstanding. Everyone was polite and the sales rep Ana was very patient. After experiencing other dealerships, Ana made this a delightful experience that makes me want to come back here for my next vehicle. highly recommended

  I am referring any lease to own person to contact Mr. MOSHE OR Mr. DAVID HECTOR. I had some mistakes happened before with the first deal. After seat down with them, they were working on it and repaired the issues. I am so happy about it. I had stress overcome mylife before i have met them two guys. Drivers, go to meet with them fist before any complaints negatively.

  Most place ever spoke to the Emily who manages my account on Monday she stated that I owed 1400 explained to her I will make a payment on Tuesday I called Tuesday could only make a payment of $450 explained to her I will pay at least $200 very day until the balance is cleared. Got home at 11PM . Woke up the next morning vehicle was gone. I called and the told me that the towed the vehicle and to get it back I need to pay $1400 because now I have to pay for the towing . Now Emily never told me that the vehicle was going to be towed so I asked her what was the point in making me pay $450 if you were going to tow the vehicle. The came like a thief in the night and took the vehicle. She did not care and just kept stating I needed to pay $1400 and hung up on me. I didn’t drive the vehicle for a week because the radiator was leaking and the vehicle was over heating so I had to order the part then get it fixed so I was unable to work . From since the first week I had problems worth the vehicle I even explained that to her she didn’t care all the care about is money. Worst place ever I advise no one go there at all. No matter what do not rent or lease from there bad customer service and no one wants to help unless its a new sale the money the get your money he turn there back. I have had at least ten repairs done to the vehicle and I only had it for a year. And every time you take it there you miss out on two days work and the don’t even care. You still have to make your payment in full. I advise no one to go there bad for business and you will regret it the next day. I was in need of a vehicle to provide for me family and it had been nothing but a nightmare dealing with these people.
