::Amazing place. Came on a business trip and they got me right in! Knew what to do for my jetlag!

::Esthetician Uzma was great. She was knowledgeable, personable and very professional.

::Was there with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. Scheduled massages for the both of us at 4:30 pm. My therapist was on time taking me in but as she was walking me back she apologized to my husband that his therapist was running late and that she would be coming in soon. She arrived 10 min later and took him in. Right after I finished my massage, my husband came back to the lounge area. To sum it up, he was not given the allotted 50 min massage that we paid for. We complained to front desk who assured us the manager would call us. She called me 2 days later and left me a voicemail message. I called her right back and she was not available to speak to me. So then I left her a message and she NEVER returned my call. I will not be going back to that spa again. Massages were mediocre but management was terrible. A follow up call would've done wonders.

::This "spa" is not very spa-like. I paid $50 for a very basic pedicure. I arrived about 20 min. early, hoping to sit in a relaxing lounge with a nice water feature, maybe a warm lavender neck wrap... Something rather spa-like. Instead, I was directed down a hall to wait in a barren room with Dixie cups for the water. No bubbling water feature, no insense, nothing spa-like to be found. The pedicure chair was like anything you'd find on many street corners, and the "massage" feature did not work. Yes, I was disappointed.

::I was in San Jose, tagging along with my boyfriend, who had a conference to attend. The day before we flew out to San Jose, I injured my back. This is nothing new, I've struggled with back problems since I was 15 years old. I was desperate for relief, especially after the 4 hour flight, so I decided to get a massage at the hotel spa. I wasn't expecting anything great, considering it's just another hotel spa. But I was very surprised. The desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and it was honestly the best massage I've ever had. Kathleen, my massage therapist, is a miracle worker. Now I'll be able to enjoy this trip, instead of spending it in bed. Way beyond satisfied with this spa.
