  Maggie does an excellent job with high-lites She listens to the color you ask for and delivers the best results. I called her today for an appointment for today and she was very accommodating Not only did I get an appointment but I didn’t have to wait. I would highly recommend this salon 👍🏼 10/8/2017

  The owners, Matt(I believe) and Maggie truly care about their customers. Went in to wrong a right and they were more than accommodating, friendly, and passionate about what they do and how their customers feel. My hair is very thick/curly/frizzy and bottom heavy, it's hard to layer correctly. Maggie cut my hair, and she did a great job with my layers. Hair not only looks nice, feels nice and bouncy. Thanks, guys!

  I had a terrible experience at this place. I got a groupon to try this place after reading good reviews about it. I went for a haircut I asked for layers. The person who cut my hair did a terrible job it was uneven and the worst cut I ever had. I expressed my disappointment about the cut and she offered to fix it I was scared she would make it worst and I refused but she insisted that she wants to correct what went wrong so I said let me give her another chance which was so unwise of me. The end result was still disappointing and she could fix it she just cut more of my hair and made it even shorter to fix the uneven parts . I strongly recommend not going to this place. A response to the owner of the salon: Unfortunately this experience happened to me at your salon and not at another salon. It happened in November of 2016. It was a groupon and the person who cut my hair was an Albanian hairdresser I believe her name was Marinella. She did offer to fix the haircut like I said to make me leave your salon satisfied but unfortunately she just made it worst. The angles were so uneven and she gave me the worst haircut

  Amazing! From someone who gets their hair done pretty often in Florida- I moved to Brooklyn and was hesitant to find someone new. Went to a local shop, which was good but not the best on coloring hair the way I wanted. I found touché on Groupon so decided to make the jump to try someone new. Best decision ever! They were great and my hair looks amazing!! I get so many compliments it's ridiculous. Got cut, highlights and style. A bit pricey without the sale but hey it's NY and you get what you pay for. Friendly staff also!

  Honestly one of the best salons in bay ridge. Ive ALWAYS walked out satisfied with the job they've done. They go above and beyond your expectations. All the products they use are organic. Unlike most salons that use products that damage your hair their products repair your hair. Maggie and Matthew always make you feel comfortable and are always so friendly. Highly recommend this salon! You won't regret it!
