  I agree with the previous reviews. Nasty and Rude. My mother and I were excited to begin shopping for a Mother of the Bride dress and Totally You was our first stop. The customer service is horrid and the women who work their are rude, stuck up, and useless. The salesperson disregarded our list of style #'s we had brought with us, and brought out a total of 4 other dresses for my mother to try on. My mother kindly asked to see a few more chiffon dresses, and was is left in the dressing room while the sales woman never comes back! It was clear that she was not busy with other things, just being plain rude and no longer wishing to help us. We came into the store excited, optimistic, and looking to make a purchase. I advise you skip this establishment and go to another store like Sugar Plum where they sales people are friendly, helpful, and LISTEN to the customer.

  There was no one there to great you or even offer help when we walked in. An aloof saleswoman told my mother she didn't carry many shorter dresses, meanwhile my mother kept finding the dresses on her own. Not a kind or friendly staff at all!
