  Service was horrible. Went to make a purchase in the store on a weeknight. No one said hello or greeted me. When I asked the associate to hold an item for me behind the register, she acted like it was too much for her to do while she played with her cellphone. Upon checking out the associate, with an attitude beyong this world, looked at me nasty and said, "are you ready yet?" I let that go went to the register and then she had the audacity to ask me if I had a problem. Where she got that nerve from I don't know. And to add insult to injury the associate standing next to her was the assistant manager and she didn't even say anything. At least we know that teamwork is a staple in this location. I've never had a problem with this location before. Never coming by here again.

  What a hot mess! I placed an order on Thursday and paid for overnight shipping. I had to call them to find out THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. Why? Because I was shipping to another address. But you would think they would have contacted me since they asked me for my phone number twice. They managed to send me a ton of spam mail but couldn't tell me they cancelled the order? Don't buy from them.

  PRETTY DECENT CLEARANCE SECTION. I USUALLY FIND SOMETHING FOR $20 OR LESS FROM THE CLEARANCE SECTION. DRESSING ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS & WELL LIT. SERVICE IS SLOW, STORE IS SMALL & TIGHT. EMPLOYEES ARE NOT VERY ENTHUSIASTIC, BUT I'M NOT SHY SO WHATEVER I WANT I VERBALIZE IT & THERE IS NEVER A PROBLEM. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION I WALKED IN & IMMEDIATELY TOLD THEM THEY HAD TO TURN UP THE AIR CONDITIONER. THEY OBLIGED AT ONCE & I ENJOYED SPENDING MY MONEY THERE!

  H O R R I B L E! They do not know what they're doing and do not want to be bothered to help any customer. You walk in and literally get immediately get dirty looks. Aside from that, the store is a catastrophe total disarray! Nothing is in the right place! I even placed an order for something to come to my house and the girl didn't even put the right address when she literally had my license in her hand AND had my torrid account pulled up. Unbelievable and unreal. Do yourself a favor and do not BOTHER to go to this store! Take the extra 15/20 minutes and drive out to Deer Park and go to that Torrid. At least they know what they're doing.
