  If I could put no stars I would. The t-shirt table and jeans were a mess and could not find anything. Plus all 3 girls working were on their cell phones instead of helping customers. I always look forward to going to Torrid but now Idk if I will.

  TRANS-FRIENDLY! :D When my wife came out as trans, we were worried about getting her clothes, but the staff here didn't bat an eye. Very welcoming, and very helpful. Just about everything we wear now comes from this store.

  I love this place! They have the clothes that make me feel pretty and stylish and they make it easy to afford to look my best

  I feel very special when I come to this store. The ladies are always very helping amd understanding. They also help me choose what looks best. I love them!!!!
