  This Torrid is okay. It's very small and they have all the clothing items so close together. This store is supposed to be for plus size women but half the time me and another lady are bumping into each other because there is absolutely no room! The last time I went here was for lingerie and they didn't have any? Not sure if that's because they had a different floorset and lingerie wasn't "in" at the time, but I always try to update my reviews. But its Torrid so I tried other items on, there were 3 or 4 sales associates but it seemed like only 1 was actually paying attention and helping every customer that came through. My chief complaint at this Torrid would be their FITTING ROOMS. Absolutely disgusting. I didn't want to take my shoes off to try on the pants I brought into the room! There was trash on the floor, the mirrors were dirty, there were black hand prints on the walls and doors like no one had scrubbed them in a LONG time, as well as dust. Dust on the seat, along the mirrors and in the corners of the room. I love Torrid, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going to THIS ONE and that sucks because it's the closest one to my house. Now I have to make the trek to the Irvine Spectrum which has constant construction. . . .

  Everything is perfect. The only this is prices. A bit expensive.

  The big place to shop for plus size women clothing. A lot of clothes to choose from. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

  So the selection here is pretty good but the store is somewhat small and everything is kind of crammed together which makes the shopping process somewhat difficult. The customer service girls were all busy assisting other shoppers while I was there so I was left to navigate the tightly packed racks myself, which wasn’t a big deal. They had some cute floral tops but I thought they were a little bit pricey for the quality so I ended up not buying anything.
