  My daughter got a terrible infected ingrown toe nail from a pedicure from top nail... 3 weeks of strong antibiotic and 2 toe nail procedures done that ended with Dr having to remove entire toe nail with hopes of clearing infection up. I️ called in the beginning of this nightmare to tell the owner what was going on and her answer was my daughter will be ok! You get rushed in and out of there and talked about the entire time. It’s all about the money for them and getting clients in and out. Never ever going back there.

  WORST NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Today was my first time going to this nail salon. I went there for a acrylic fill with an ombré that were coffin shaped. Unfortunately, they only did one of the three. My nails do have the ombré but they failed to even put new acrylic down and my nails look like rectangles, not coffin shape at all. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I'm not one to complain so I told myself I would just not return again. I was so unhappy that I called them as soon as I got home and asked for a refund which they said yes to. Then a few minutes later they called back and said they would not do a refund and said I was a lier and kept interrupting me every time I spoke. I wish I could give this place negative stars because it was the WORST experience I have ever had with a nail salon! I ended up not getting a refund and refused to go back and let them attempt to fix my nails.

  They will take care of who ever is paying the most , not in the order you arrive. My daughter & I walked in at the same time, I got the more expensive set and they skipped over her 5 times n 3 hours later still not done! Never ever again...*Update** Day 3 and 3 of my daughters nails have broken, and she is not new to having nails, horrible place, waste of money and NEVER EVER EVER will I go back, nor encourage anyone to even think about it.

  Went in for a manicure. Sat there for 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then they sat me and it took about a half hour to take polish off. Moved me 3 times. Finally got sick of waiting and walked out. Spent an hour there and all they did was take my anc nail polish off. They were rude. If you can't accommodate a customer don't take them!! Driven by greed I guess
