  I was overcharged for my meal. I ordered philly cheesesteak with peppers. I paid $10.01 for meat and cheese. Customer service is not the best. My food was cold by the time I found a seat ! Do yourself a favor and choose a different restaurant!

  First time having an "authentic" Philly steak in Philly and man it did not live up to the hype. There was just nothing memorable about it. Dull flavor. I personally think I make a better sandwich. But like another reviewer said not bad for an airport spot and better than Geno's.

  Wow.... Amazing. First time in Philly all the way from Texas, and I'm satisfied with the Jr cheese steak loaded with the works!

  I'm at the airport and this hit the spot. I'd rate it fair for a cheesesteak, but really good for airport food. I went to the nearby bar for some adult beverages to enjoy with my fries and cheesesteak.

  I see the owner has to respond a lot to bad reviews. Tony you may want to think about your franchise. You had a good place in Philly. Don't screw it up more by letting it go down hill. If you want these places to succeed then just make them more like the original. Obviously it's not by the amount of bad reviews you have. I gave 2 stars for that is the normal amount you get. So sad.
