  Well organized and very neat and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We got great deals and there was no pressure to buy. Which made it easier to choose and we found great deals.

  I want to thank Fernie, Robert, Nathan, & Idalia for providing outstanding customer service. I purchased 1 pair of Tony Lama, 1 pair of steel toe Justin boots, and all the proper excesories. The staff is knowledgeable and they want you to get the proper size that fits right. I will definitely come back to buy my next pair of boots or futre items from the Tony Lama Oulet El Paso.
