  Went here for a service and was quoted an overpriced amount compared to another mechanic in town. The employees were friendly and informative but not very honest with pricing.

  Very professional and trustworthy. They never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, and they are affordable.

  I was told I needed a part luckily I didn't order part and try and fix myself I got the problem diagonosed fixed and it wasn't even half what the part would have costed this is my shop from here on out if I could give um 10 stars I would

  Update 11/1/17 : I drove from 2 hours away, stayed in a hotel overnight JUST so I can have these guys do my timing belt service on my 2006 4runner! TOM'S AUTOMOTOVE IS THE ONLY SHOP I TRUST TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE. Hugh and his team are always on it! great people great service, right on price EVEYTIME!!!

  A mechanic I can trust. Fair prices good service and communication and no nickel and diming. Had another chain shop quite repairs and they were $500 more (because they wanted to do something that Tom's said was bogus). So so happy that I've found a place to go back to. A customer for life.
