  I use both the DIY and the wash and fold service and I've had good experiences with both. It's done by weight so I tend to wash my heavier items on my own to save money. But for the everyday clothing items it tends to cost basically the same amount as if I were to do it myself. I mean, it's a little more, but to not have to sit there and watch my laundry is great. And you can't beat how organized and nicely folded the clothes are when you get them back. We did have an experience where they shrunk my husband's shirt but we probably would have shrunk it ourselves eventually. We just ask them to wash everything on cold now.

  I've lived in Somerville my whole life, this place never disappointed me. Never had an issue. I still go there.

  This business in fact deserves 0 stars. In my experience with their wash-dry-fold: 1. I've had to routinely return things which were not mine in hopes that the people who were missing their laundry would come back for these pieces mixed up with my laundry. 2. Most recently with my last load they've lost 4 items of mine totaling to $100+. They refuse to repay me for these items because they refuse to take responsibility for losing them. 3. They've stapled the ticket receipt to my clothing and I had to fight them to pay me back for that load at least. This business has NO concept of responsibility and decency to their customers. NONE. There is such lack of respect for the trust the customer puts in them. I am of course discontinuing my use on grounds of their continual unreliable services and I vehemently would not recommend them to anyone unless you think it's worth the gamble to lose clothing items/have them damaged, and not have them compensated.

  Everyone who works there is friendly, it's a standard laundromat, with several different sized washers so you can wash big bulky things if needed. A standard wash and dry usually takes me about 40 min.
