  This place is great and they didn't rush me out even tho they were closing and I was still getting my clothes out the dryers will definitely be going back

  The Hispanic lady is extremely rude and unprofessional! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had an issue with any washers, but this day, two out of three were spinning but no water was coming out. I went to the counter and there was some teenager there, she said she would go look at the machine to see what’s wrong, as I understood because that’s their job. She tells me “we’ve been having an issue with some of the washer they only wash on cold and if you press hot water nothing will come out, but I’ll give you the money back for the two loads” I get the money back and as I try to put my clothes into another washer the older guy comes and grab my clothes. I didn’t know what he was doing so I immediately told him he needed to get his hands off of my clothes. He went back and told his wife/girlfriend and she got upset and came to me and said we had to be sure so we have to check the cameras and touch your clothes. At this point I’m upset and told her her daughter already seen the washer was spinning with no water coming out and you put a sign up, so why are you harassing me, the daughter came up and told her I did check the washer and there wasn’t any water coming out.She then started yelling and said “we have the right to check!” Clearly at this point I was upset about how unprofessional she was about their broken machines that I now have to spend even more time washing because your machines are broken. She never once apologized or tried to fix the issue. I often see her yelling at children and rude to other customers I hope the owner take into consideration how she’s the cause of her loosing customers.

  Pros lots of washers, free dry, the day I went it was practically empty so no waiting for machines. Cons staff was rude, washers were a bit pricey, but it kinda works out with the free dryers, place was kinda dirty (dryer sheets and lent all over the place).

  First time here clean and new laundry equipment. Clearly posted signs of washing and drying policies. Peaceful, spacious room, attendant on duty is very helpful sitting in the far right corner

  First time here and all I can say is that I am coming back very soon. The guest were kind to show me around. The price of the washer is decent due to the dryer being free. The bathrooms are clean and are unisex. other laundry mats don't have bathrooms. The employees are constantly looking around cleaning. I love this place for my first time. Will be recommending this place to family and friends
