::It's has good food but if peppers aren't your thing, then I wouldn't recommend this place for you. There's peppers in a lot of the food even in the dang cornbread. HA Hubbs ordered chicken fried steak. The breading was good but it had about 2 inches of extra breading all around the steak. By the time he was done there was a lot of breading only on his plate. I had a steak. It was a little over seasoned but not bad. Nice atmosphere.

::Our visit to Toby Keith's today was a complete disappointment. We were not even greeted when we arrived. We walked in and one of the 4 hostesses just stared at us and didn't say a word. I finally had to tell her there were two in our party. She picked up menus and took off. She sat us and said not a word. She was a totally bad first impression. Although our waitress was nice and personable, she disappeared for long periods of time. My husband had to get up and get his own beer after it sat on the bar for 15 minutes. The ribs came out cold. When we left I noted multiple groups of workers standing around I'm groups talking and socializing with each other rather than waiting on their diners. It was just a bad experience all the way around this time.

::Popped in here on a Monday evening. Got seated right away as there were no crowds. Our food came out pretty quickly and tasted really good. I had the ribs and chicken, and despite what they say, it's actually a pretty large size. The chicken was surprisingly juicy and tender. The ribs were falling off the bone. It comes with cornbread - terrific. And also comes with a salad - they have a spicy ranch dressing that has just the right amount of kick. I picked green beans as my side and it was seasoned really well. Overall, a good restaurant.

::Good place for comfort food. Chicken fry is nice... But IMHO Charleston's is better. Nice open space and sometimes live music... Not sure what drives that ... Only been half a dozen times or so and stage has been empty so far. Talking about chicken fry makes me hungry... And it's way past my bedtime. :) New parking rules... You may get accosted by meter maids... Pay the ten bucks and your waiter staff will give it back. Have fun!

::Every time I come to Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill I have a great experience. tree hostess is always pleasant, and I've never had to wait to be seated. The wait staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about the food on the menu. Food always arrives promptly and I have only ever had the order been wrong once. Overall this restaurant offers a great experience every time.
