  Manager is irresponsible, told me to wait for 5 mins, 15 minutes later he is still busy in something else without communicating with me. Rather than tell me he had no time to look up, he kept telling me to wait for a second, each second for him is 10 minutes. In the end, no sorry from him. One cashier is rude, lying to her manager about what happened. I tried not to put blame on her knowing the job isn't that fun. However she kept being rude at me rather than appreciate my efforts to help her out-terrible experience. I guess for many, buying cheap stuff is more important than getting a good service, so those rude discount stores are still surviving.

  This location is poorly ran. The store is filthy and not merchandised well. The employees are not very helpful and there is insufficient staff in the weekends to check out. The rest rooms smelled worse than a highway rest stop. I would rather drive a little further than deal with this location. Look elsewhere.

  Very nice & well maintained, TJ Maxx retail store in Tyson’s Corner, V.A. It is located directly off of Lee Highway (Rt 7”). *Insider tip from local & current NOVA resident*: Since this retail location is essentially right across the street from the largest & nicest mall in Northern Virginia, the inventory here is usually better than your average TJ Maxx!!
