  Poor customer service. Four people were casually talking behind the counter while I was waiting in line and one individual finally helped me after a few minutes. I was then ignored during the transaction, when I asked a question about my return.

  Medium sized TJ Maxx, clean, located in a shopping center with Target, movie theater, grocery store and a few restaurants.

  Stars for the selection, not bad compared to other TJ Maxx's in the area. This one and Georgetown do well with their product selection. The buyer for this location has my vote. I unfortunately can't say the same for their hiring manager; the staff here does not make the grade and hearing them chat on the floor as though they were still in the break room tarnishes the whole experience. They're loud, crass and bring nothing positive to this location. A more expansive budget for employee compensation may open the hiring pool and improve the situation here. Until then, I'll continue to bring in my headphones while I shop.

  I found super cute things, loaded up my cart, and only spent 50. Yaaay!

  This TJ Maxx has one of the best selections I have seen. They have more floor space so have a large section for young children, a large section for luggage, and a large section for men's clothing and woman's handbags and clothing. The process are good for DC as well. Parking is easy, and Target nearby for groceries makes this an easy stop to justify.
