    I went to Titan Motoring to get my windows tinted on my mustang. The tint they put on my vehicle was great quality. It keeps my car from getting overly warm while sitting in the hot summer sun all day. Also has a really nice color to it. My Mustang looks great! The back windshield on Mustangs are extremely difficult to tint. The first install left some air bubbles and I called Titan and they replaced it free of charge. Great customer service! I tinted my windows close to 1 year ago now and the tint is still great! Their price range is higher than most places around but you can see it in the quality of material used. I definitely recommend Titan Motoring

    We love Titan Motoring! They've installed leather in both of our vehicles, window tinting in all three trucks, and a DVD entertainment system for the kids. They're super responsive and service is ALWAYS top notch. They're also incredibly helpful in choosing exactly what you're wanting to get done. There's nowhere else in Nashville we'd even consider taking our vehicles. Phil and all the guys are the best!

    I called to inquire about lifting my 4Runner LTD. Matt did the research and gave me a great solution. Very thorough and professional! Communication was better than I have ever experienced. Emailed me when he ordered the lift and emailed me when he received it. Made appt and Matt scheduled me in. Matt had made all the arrangements in advance because he was going to be out of the office that day. The staff picked up while Matt was out and continued the same great service. I can’t say enough about the staff! What a great experience I had. My 4 Runner turned out better than i anticipated and I will definitely go back when more work is needed! These guys know there stuff!

    I am very happy with the final product of what the shop was able to do with my truck. But it's probably best if I write this all up in the order it happened in. I was having issues figuring out how to get an LED interior lighting kit I had gotten to do what I was wanting it to do. I sent in an email and Donny Wolfe replied back to me quickly. He spent most of the day emailing me back and forth while we tried to figure out the issue. Unable to figure it out between the two of us, I scheduled a trip into the shop for them to be able to sort it out. And this is kind of where my issues start coming into play. So first off, I have a lot I want to do to this truck. I just got it and am working on putting together a build plan/budget. I walked around the shop for an hour or so looking at the different displays on the wall of the various services they provide there. I figured since I had to be there anyway while my truck was being worked on, I could spend that time figuring out with the staff some future plans and get some basic pricing and stuff. The whole time I was there, I looked at everything hoping the staff would notice and ask if they could help me with anything. Instead they acted like I didn't exist. I even walked over to the desk at one point to ask if anyone could answer a question, and 6 people wouldn't even make eye contact with me. They got to the end of the install and brought me back my keys. As they handed them to me, they asked me if anyone had talked to me about the buzzing. No one had talked to me about anything so I said no. He handed me my keys and said someone would talk to me about it when I checked out. Which Donny did when I went up to pay. He said they had wired in a regular relay but there was a buzzing sound when it came on and off. And if it was annoying, to let them know and they would have to install a solid state relay. It seems like that should have been a conversation we had beforehand. If I had known, I would have just gotten a solid state relay from the start. Did they know it was going to buzz from the start and just didn't say anything until after? Or did they not know it was gonna do that, which then makes me question how knowledgeable the installers are. The buzzing was annoying so I emailed Donny again and told him to go ahead and order the relay. It came in, we set up that install, and I came in with my truck again. And I spent at least an hour in their waiting area and wandering around the shop and not one person asked me if they could help me with anything or if they could answer any questions I had. They got done with the install and came and gave me my keys back, I paid for the transaction and went outside. I fired up the truck and everything worked exactly like I wanted it to. And again, I am super happy with the end result. The problem for me is, no one walked me through anything. I figured out some of it. But there is a control box to the lighting kit that is hidden somewhere in the vehicle now. I have no idea where it even is. I've got a remote to change the colors of the LED but I can't figure out where the box is so I kind of just have to point the remote in different directions and push buttons until it works. It seems like that's something that should have been discussed with me. Before you hand me my keys back, how about we walk out to the vehicle? Let's discuss what was done. Give me a chance to look it over and ask any questions I might have. I say all this not to discourage anyone from using this business. The guys down at the shop were able to make a lighting system do something it was never designed to do, exactly how I wanted it. The work itself and the customer service from Donny on the emails back and forth getting me into the shop was superb. But, I did want to let the management know that I felt very let down on the customer service side of the house once I actually got to the shop and after the install. That way, hopefully, it can be corrected in the future and take this from being a good shop to a great shop.

    This place is awesome! There is a reason they have a 5 star rating, I took our new Honda Pilot in to see if they could add USB charging ports in 3 new places. They had great recommendations on how it could be done. Their pricing was very fair, and they ordered the materials. They had great communication, and I took the car in a week later. They kept me in the the loop on what was being done throughout the day. I picked it up that evening, and they were finishing a free detailing! The work was perfect. It looked as if these modifications were factory original. They had perfect attention to detail. They treated like it was their own car. I got a thorough walk through of what was where, including the fuses, relays, and connections. They are a first class operation, and I would certainly use them again in the future.
