  I've trained here twice a week since it opened. Best powerlifting and strongman gym ever. The owner is a professional heavyweight Strongman, and an exceptional personal trainer. The equipment is all solid and dependable. He currently has 3 racks, a deadlift platform, a variety of logs, axles, and barbells, safety squat bar, trap bars, etc. In the back, there are racks of Atlas stones ranging from 65lbs up to several hundred pounds. Dumbbells (2.5lbs to 100lbs), kettlebells (16lbs to heavy), sandbags, husafells, yokes, farmers handles, frames, kegs, prowlers, car deadlift rig. Concept 2 rowing machine and 2 stationary bikes for cardio. Newly redone bathroom.
