  Don't get distracted by the name TIRES 13 they Don't just do tires, they do everything, they aim to please... I get my tires from them, my oil changes, my inspections and many other services and has always left a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Tires 13 and Spencer I must say comes highly recommended as best customer services rep. ever 😙

  Friendly, helpful, professional. A rated shop. Can highly recommend. I look forward to the times I need to have my car serviced. This business runs so well and everyone you interact with is so happy and helpful. I actually look forward to seeing everyone at Tires 13... Excellent service, professional knowledgeable staff. Unsurpassed customer service. I really can't even call it customer service anymore. I consider anyone who works at Tires 13 a friend. Thanks again for an experience that makes me feel like I'm the most important person in the shop.

  Came to this location one day to change my tires and every thing went good, I came back the next day to change my breaks because i trusted their opinion..... total disaster. After my breaks were changed i spoke to the manager Frank about the breaks being floored when I drive, not at the least concerned he told me he drove the car and everything is fine. Normally you would receive a " OK Mrs ...bring it in let me take a look at it " or something along those lines. Frank Mentioned that i should've gone to Lexus because I questioned the price while in the store ($179 for front breaks non dealer parts ). When i received the quote initially i was told 150 tax included which is reasonable. When i received my receipt the brakes was $50 labor was $100 tax and fees was the rest total 179 for a 45 min job. They advised me to do all rotors and breaks (1300) and I declined. After being hung up on i called frank back to ask him if this is how he run his business because I was so shocked and he told me yes. Frank constantly mentioned that he is an honest person and I don't have to like his tone or what he is saying to me. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the managers customers service when it comes to customer concerns. If your tedious with your car and want what you pay for try another establishment or as he recommends go to the dealer.

  Awesome place. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Got two new tires on and my wheels aligned quickly. Good, hardworking people in the shop. Will be coming here again.

  Amazing people and very friendly, amazing people and fair prices. I constantly do business with them. Bec they really care for me and my car. They watch after me which is a big bonus and they send a card to my house. Reminding me that they didn’t forget about me!
