  All the ingredients are fresh and yummy. It can be pricey, but so worth it. They have wonderful vegan options. Plus such an impressive array of teas!

  The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful, and kind! I tried the vegan lemon berry ice cream and it was delicious! I highly recommend it. The place itself is beautiful with great vibes.

  One of my favorite places to go visit! The atmosphere is incredible. A variety of options to pick from- I love all their fruit smoothies. Cute little nicknack shop inside. Lots of fun photo opportunities. If you are around, it's worthy going!! ☺

  First time I've been in this place. The place is really nice and comfortable. The decoration is very colorful and fun, the crew is friendly. The prices are a little up there but is worth it. We tried their vegan rolled ice cream and is delicious. I definitely will return pretty soon. I recommend this place 100%

  Tippi Teas is small but quaint establishment in the Kern Place area. Their niche is the loose tea that they sell in intricate containers. The names for all the teas are quite innovative and ingenious! I love the fact that they recommend items based off your favorite flavor types. I love the fact that you can take a whiff of what they are offering. The aromatics is the selling point. I ended up choosing one that had a black tea that was infused with a variety of citrus. Take the time to find some parking here and I promise you will not be disappointed! Customers here are very friendly and offer excellent conversation.
