  Payed thousands too much with Tip Top and didn't realize it till later. I PAID ABOUT 3, 000 TOO MUCH. Now Tip Top won't back their warranty either. Many many calls and text messages with refusal to fix improperly installed siding. My advice is to check around, do research before you go with Tip Top..

  I live in Corpus Christi, Texas which is pretty hot from May through November. A friend who lives in Dallas, Texas recommended Tip Top Construction to me after they installed radiant barrier insulation in her attic. I was amazed at the amount of money she was saving on her fuel costs. I contacted Tip Top and a rep came to my house and gave me a quote which I accepted. I have a 3000 square foot home and I have NEVER paid less than $550.00 per month for electricity. My radiant barrier was installed in 2010 and I have not had one electric bill higher than $250.00. In fact $210.00 is usually what it is. I have two central air conditioning units, two electric hot water heaters, and an in-ground pool where I run the pump in the warm months at least 12 hours/day. In less than two years, I have already made up the cost of the radiant barrier through savings in electricity and achieved something eco-friendly in the process. I do know there are other companies that say they do radiant barrier insulations, but with a little research I have learned that not all radiant barrier material is created equally. My inter-operations with Tip Top have been pleasant and easy. The installers were on-time courteous and left no mess. In fact, there was some radiant barrier material left over after the job was complete and they covered my two water heaters for free. I am happy to recommend Tip Top Construction - Nick the owner is really great.

  The name says it all!!!! Great professionalism, workmanship, and quality from start to finish. We love our new windows and look forward to getting our siding done with tip top next year. My wife and I were very concerned with finding a company that would be around for more than just a few years to warranty our windows but we thank god tip top construction was highly recommended by friends from our church.
