  Very good customer service. I had an issue with the first order and Renata and her staff were quick to respond and take care of the issues. The brigadeiros were delicious! I would definitely order from them again!

  A five star product and service in any way you want to think about it! Think the best chocolate treat ever! There are thousands of fancy chocolates out there with all kinds of claims about being the best. This is the best. Created by a caring chef who has a real concern for getting the product just like she had as a child; but better. You can buy them fresh if you live in the San Francisco area; and they ship. I happen to have had them in both ways, and they ship very well. You can't eat love, you say; I think you can. It's called brigaderios made by Tinyb!!

  I took a chance on tinyB when ordering a mother's day gift this year (her and I live in different states). I did a little on-line looking for a chocolatier and when I found their website, I was so happy. It seemed like a perfect gift. My mother-in-law loved the tinyb chocolate that arrived. She sent me an email with a subject line "Heavenly...". She said the chocolates tasted so good she had to close her eyes while eating them. I should have ordered some for myself as well :) Not only are tinyB's chocolates wonderful, their customer service is fabulous!

  I found their website online as I was looking for a place to buy brigadeiros and I placed an order to give as Mother’s Day for the mom's in my life. I had a problem with the delivery that was totally not TinyB’s fault, but the mailman’s. I emailed them and I immediate received a reply from Renata and a phone call from Andrei and they promised to make it right; long story short, they truly stepped up to the plate and I was able to received my order by the time I needed it. Now on to the good stuff: their brigadeiros are amazing, I loved all of the ones I tried. I also love to support family business and this particular one is one that really deserves our support, not only because of quality of their product but also because of their commitment to doing the right thing for their customers.

  I love Tinyb’s brigadeiros! It is actually great to be able to taste a bit of Brazil in the Bay Area and share the experience with my friends and beloved ones! I have also ordered once as a holidays gift to my customers and they loved it. The variety of flavors, the high quality, nice packaging and attention to details are pros. And so is the delivery, always on time and sometimes even shorter than expected. I will keep being a happy customer for sure!
