Similar experience as Wesley Walker (three reviews down). The person I have dealt with is rude, short, and unprofessional. Like Wes, I have not been fined or have received any compliance notes. This is an objective review of a company that does not put an emphasis on professionalism or customer experience.

Called and e-mailed several times over a bill that contained errors. No replies to e-mails. No one answered the phone. No one returned voicemail message. Absolute disaster of a company.

I'll predicate this review by saying I've never been fined or found to be in violation of anything by Timmons, who managed my HOA, during any point in our relationship. This isn't born of some slight I endured, other than the abjectly miserable customer service I received when even presenting the most normal of questions. The woman who served as the point of contact for our community was almost comically rude and insulting. It was if there was some unknown contest we weren't aware of, where she was attempting to be the absolute worst person for any given job and winning in remarkable fashion. Angry, vile, and eternally unpleasant, she went out of her way to make the experience patently miserable. I went out of my way to caution communities considering taking on Timmons for HOA management based purely on her demeanor and the general apathy of her management to do anything about it. I wouldn't even hire them to manage a prison filled with society's worst criminals, for fear of violating the cruel and unusual punishment principle of the 8th amendment. If there comes a time in this world when no other option exists to manage your HOA, and Timmons is the last in the business, I'd advise you still keep looking elsewhere.

This is the worst management team I have ever encountered in the 10 years I've been a homeowner. They are unprofessional and have no sense of humanity at all. They told me to remove my alarm sign because the top left portion was missing (although the lanscaping people that was hired by the HOA were the people who broke it in the first place). They basically said I couldn't prove it, but I was there when it happened! I stressed that my safety was more important than a chip in my sign (both previous neighbors have had break ins, 2 shootings, etc). They didn't care. They then had someone come on to my property, chop the sign off from the post, steal the part they broke, and then threw the door post at my doorstep. It seems insignificant to most, but it is HIGHLY unprofessional, and I hope no one has to feel that way ever. This was my response to them after they finally admitted to "removing" it. Vandalism wasn't the answer. Someone came to my HOME, broke the top of a sign, and threw the post on the doorstep. That was cruel and disrepectful. The alarm people said they will replace it for free due to the vandalism. I hope that heartless and unprofessional action gives you a sense of victory, and I hope you never have to feel the lack of peace from someone coming to your home and vandalizing and stealing because that's what happened and how I felt. Cameras will be installed..please relay to anybody and everybody that was bold enough to come on my property to kindly never step foot on my property again, or I will report it to the police as trespassing. Please pass along. Please don't even respond. Just pray that other people never feel like this. You won. Saddened at the lack of humane behavior and highly upset, Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

I was paid $20 to give a 5 star review over a year ago. Honestly, I know nothing about this business whatsoever. I was low on cash at the time, so I opted to make a quick buck. So sorry for my completely useless review. 😞
