A scam is correct!!! And the bigger ripoff is the Falori Place at Town Center that got us hook up with these people.

Scam stay away from rci TLC resorts ( 1 s Main Street) and fiore ( 101please. My girlfriend told she did not want to get vacation plan the salesperson darko besevic told us if we canceled tomorrow he would give us tickets to shows which we later found out required a 150$ deposit first. So we go back to cancel the next day and they tell us we need to send a letter in the mail to cancel after he specifically told us We could come back to cancel the next day. I see in the fine print we can speak to a club manager, we ask, and only directors are present. To speak with a club manager you have to go to their office which the director told us was too far and to simply mail it in would be easier. Us being worried about their business practices we were willing to spend the 10 min drive over to their office to assure our cancellation would not be delayed past the period of no return. We get their and encounter not any office representatives but another couple looking for the office to cancel who pointed out to us another location hidden within the paperwork for tlc resorts affiliated with rci. We drove to the next location and spoke with jake g with the other couple we followed and he seemed seemed well accustomed to the situation and told us now all we had to do was deal with the credit card company and the credit card and loan they did not speak of during our interview. Waiting on clearance this is over with at the moment, hopefully we have not gotten stuck with years of debt as we have read on other testimonys of these scam artists.

If I could, I would put no stars, this is such a huge scam.. they make it all sound super nice, but when you start to do the math, and realize that after 4years this company would of taken $30000 from you and worst part is, they don't pay for travel, so you think you might be saving but really on what? I don't know about any of you, but there is alot I can do with $30000 dollars, probably take 2-4 dream vacations that include airfare and travel.. and the guy started trying to force us to do it, and even got mad at us because we refused to give our social security numbers.. so glad that we didn't fall for this nonsence, and I feel really terrible for anyone who has..

These employees are good boy did their presentation sound so good everything they were saying was so awesome soooo we signed up with 10,000 points. After coming home typing in TLC timeshare all I seen was SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Alot of people said even after they paid $4500 they were still taking money out of the account. I figured since they will be using our socials this was a legitimate company so why not give it a try. Wrong! My husband and I paid for about four months and stopped paying so now it went on our credit report $5551 😢 I wish I would of listen to my husband when he said NO! NO! NO! Even if we continued to make payments to book a trip the wait was ridiculous three-eight months in advance you would have to book thats insane. Could anyone that has this on their credit report give me some information as to what steps your taking, how long has it been on your report, does your credit take a huge hit and will you still be able to be first time home buyers if you dont pay it off? Any advice will help thank you. Please dont give into this temptation the monthly fees you will be paying and the wait to actually get a room you mind as well just save that money it would be like a six month wait after you pay off your yearly fee which I believe was the fifth or six payment around $300-$500 its so not worth the hassle!
