  The backpack I purchased here is great, but I was sad to learn that there was a major, company-wide sale just days after purchasing it. It would have been nice if an employee or the manager had told me, but I suppose commission is commission. They make quality backpacks, I'm just disappointed in their customer service.

  Horrible customer service and extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming male employees. Female employee very competent and friendly. Male didn't even know their products. Rarely had such a horrible shopping experience as in this store. I recommend the factory store. Far friendlier and more competent people. Will never step into this shop again and neither should you.

  Very helpful, and patient. Walked in wanted a messenger bag, came out realizing I had other incredible option of a back up that you could use every day and use when you are dressed up. Fit my laptop, and the perfect size. I love my bag...all thanks to the manager and staff at the San Francisco store!

  Awesome spot to check out designs, type of fabrics and colors. They may not have everything available but you can definitely get a sense of what you want. I actually ended up buying something way different then what I thought I wanted. Easy going rep too!
