  One of my husband's friends went here to buy shoes , i would never refer anyone to go to this store , My husband's friend is African American , the minute he walked in the store he gets RACIAL PROFILED!!!, A guy who works there with glasses > hounded him through out the store, he would put the boxes behind the counter before he could even attempt to try on a second pair .. , thinking this person does not have money and cant afford the shoes that are almost 200 hundred bucks .. please if hes getting hounded like this must be some very very poor customer service ... u should fire everyone .. the most people that wear timberland anyway is African American people so get with the script ..

  Customer service is top notch at this store. Nick knows a thing or two about shoes...and jeans too. The zipper goes in the front, great tip!

  Very personalized customer service. I was extremely happy with the lady who helped me find my great new shoes and she even pointed out the discounts going on that day. I will definitely be shopping there again!
