  Might be the worst experience I've ever had with an operator. They came to my house on a Saturday. They fixed an issue, but the very next week, I needed them to fix a problem they may have caused. I didn't say I wanted them to work for free, but they acted as though they didn't know who I was or what I was talking. They asked me if I was sure it was them, I was absolutely sure,. They told me to find someone else and they hung up on me. I will NEVER use them again or refer them to anyone else.

  I had an emergency with my toiley right before the weekend. They came within 20 mins.. tried their hardest to solve the problem, unfortunetely though the toilet was unfixable.. they purchased the new one and were back w/n a few hrs. I overheard them on the phone rearranging other calls that they had to make that day to make sure to attend to my emergency, they were prompt, did exactly what was needed and what they said and were polite and professional.. I had a great experience and really appreciate their effort.

  We called a few plumbers in the area and we won the lottery with tim daniels. Tim helped us with our violations and filing the right permits. He did everything in a few days and was able to clear it all up in time for us to move in. His pricing was great. We actually think he charges too cheap for the service he provides. He answered his phone everytime i called with a question and helped us feel at ease through the entire process. TIM DANIELS PLUMBING IS THE WAY TO GO. (go anywhere else and youre a fool).

  I live 3-4 blocks from this plumbers office in South Hempstead. A few months ago I checked him out on the BBB website, there was a link on the BBB website for him to contact me. I wrote a quick description of what I wanted done and I believe I said, I wanted it done for a reasonable price. On HIS website, it states that they give FREE estimates. TIM DANIELS or anyone else NEVER contacted me? Did he ever get my message, I don't know? Yesterday morning 10/10/17, I called his office and spoke to a woman. I told her what my problem was and mentioned that I saw you gave FREE estimates, on their website, she said, TIM is out in the field, and that she would let him know I called, and that HE will be back in the office after 3PM and I should call back at that time to speak to him. I called back the office @3:40PM, all I got was their answering machine. Rather then leave a message there, I figured let me call HIS cell phone and talk to HIM directly. Yup, no answer there either! This time I did leave a message, I said what my problem was, AND practically begged him to call me back, to let me know if HE was interested in helping me or not! I said, once I know that answer, I would know whether to call another plumber or not. It is the next day 10/11/17 almost 1PM and this guy has not called me back! I guess he is to BUSY to call a potential small fry customer like me! Maybe he does not like that I mentioned A FREE ESTIMATE as it says on HIS website? Is that something HE uses as a tactic to BAIT n SWITCH as the OTHER complaints have mentioned? Is my job to small for HIM and I do NOT even rate a courtesy call back? Maybe in a way, HIS actions are a blessing in disguise to me. What would happen if HE took the job and HE screwed it up? IF I, can't get a hold of HIM now, how would I ever get a hold of HIM then??? I am definitely going to FILE A COMPLAINT with the BBB, to let them know how HE operates, and MY EXPERIENCES when trying to deal with this UNRELIABLE company! Now after this experience, I believe HE did receive my FIRST request to contact me, via the link on BBB months ago. Whatever HIS reason for NOT dealing with me, it is ONLY decency, to let a person know if YOU are interested or not! My advice to ANY new potential customer is to STAY AWAY from this guy! HE could be a headache and or money pit waiting to happen!
