  The manager Eric helped me find some pants that were from last year! They were on sale so of course I wanted to take advantage. He had the Mira mesa store hold them for 4 days since it was a holiday weekend. Outstanding service! Great selection and prices ! I deffinetely recommend you shop here! Always get great service when I go!

  What happened to good customer service? People here have attitudes and are condescending. I tried to return items within the 30 days and couldn't get cash or have it put back on a card with the gift receipt I had. After trying to make me feel dumb and wrong, I asked for other locations so I didn't have to drive so far when I had time to come back WITH THE PERSON WHO GAVE ME THE DRESS AND SANDALS and their original receipt and credit card. Thank goodness it's my family member and not a friend or else my only option would be to do an exchange. The store employee and manager Jesse couldn't tell me other locations within the county. Train your employees, Tillys! And maybe consider changing your return policy. Won't be shopping at this location in the future, and likely not at any Tillys after this experience.

  Awesome surf and skate style clothing. The stuff has pretty much become mainstream so be prepared to fork out some money. It is worth it though.
