  Service Rep Brian helped me get the exact tile and sizing for the large order we needed. Communication was very clear and i was even provided with samples to help make my decision. Great service!

  I went with the wife (or should I say forced to go) to check to see the availability of a particular tile that we have had such a tm hard time finding. When we arrived the parking lot was full but was able to squeeze in a spot. I liked the service and attention by the staff, the person who first served us seemed to be the manager and wow did he know his stuff. The guy looked at the tile I had and in about 3 seconds he pointed us in the right direction. I'm definitely heading back there. FYI that area around this establishment is a heavy construction/working area so you can see smog/smoke/dirt in the air. Wear a mask =)

  Tile world has a lot of good selection of tiles at a reasonable and fair price. The service especially Raymond was awesome! I can't thank you guys enough on helping us getting the different tiles for our bathroom and kitchen renovation. It was easy and fast. They actually held our tiles for few weeks without any problems. The re-order was so fast that it didn't result to any delays in the project. Very reliable. Answers phone calls and emails all the time. Our experience was wonderful and wanted to share to everyone.
