  You charged my credit card for shipping, then the person I sent product to as a gift was ALSO charged a shipping and handling charge too! When I wrote to you about it all you claimed to do was give me pineapple points! You won't refund my money! I DON'T WANT PINEAPPLE POINTS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS.......AND NO, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN,.......
