  Super clean and aesthetically pleasing store front. Parking wasn’t very convenient & there’s not a lot of standing room for the line that formed as we waited for our cookies to be warmed. I like love the gift-wrap for packaging: cut and trendy. Ordered 3 cookies for my boyfriend (he says they’re amazing) & got a pint of ice cream on the side but it (pint) was pricey. Slightly disappointed to see the ice cream was just Bluebell brand & had limited flavor options but overall thoroughly enjoyed my experience enough to give it 4/5 Stars ✨

  Just saw one of your delivery vehicles driving very aggressively and recklessly coming off of Forest Park from downtown and turning onto I-30. Not good PR!

  Excellent customer service. They even delivered the cookies I requested at the last minute and the people that received them said they were still warm!!
