  I had read the reviews before I admitted my dad and unfortunately i had to move him immediately. First they placed him on the wrong floor we find this out later. The facilities are not well kept, the bed covers are so wasted they have wholes ( i could not believe this) they dont have enough blankets so you must keep the one you have even when its dirty. The help comes once the patient already have gone on themeselves, I was truly dissappointed with what i saw. They are understaffed, the nurses were nice but they cannot do it all, so the help makes you wait for after 25 minutes on numerous times. This place needs a good cleaning i am suprised, VERY DEPRESSING, Just another # . THE SADDEST FEELING EVER. The big rooms need a fresh coat of COLORFUL Paint. Joyful movies NOT News. I do not recommend this place. It could be so much better if someone cared enough.

  My dear older Friend lives here. Some of the caretakers don't smile much. The place is clean and warm 👍 Nice out door space for summer. Easy travel here. Bus stop ca 10 min walk away.

  If u have a love one don't send them there , they will be miss treated and neglected , or droped .

  The staff at Throgs Neck Treated my mother like family, we were very happy with her rehab and how quickly she was able to recover back to full health. They were extremely communicative with my family members keeping us informed on my mothers progress. We cant thank them enough very highly recommended.
