  They told my brother that the necklace they sold him was diamonds and when I got it appraised knowing he spent 1900 on it we found out that they were white sapphires and not diamonds like the salesman stated. They took advantage of my brothers lack of knowledge of stones and when asked about returning the false diamond necklace on the phone they rudely brushed me off saying that they don’t do returns. I have the receipt still but they won’t give my brother back his money. This place has horrible treatment of customers. Only go if you know exactly what you’re purchasing. If they notice you’re Green about jewelry they will sell you lies for ridiculous prices.

  Omg... the staff is amazing they know me bye my 1st name...especially Michelle she goes above and beyond... if I don't have time I can shop onine call ahead they packed my gift. All I do is pay & go!!! Now that's what I call customer Service!!!! Love the way they keep tract of my purchases, it's so helpful!!! I NEVER bye the samething twice and if i have any issues, they just look it up, fix it, and I'm done!!!!! Ppl tell a friend, bring your friend.... if not your not a real friend!!! Best place in the Whole Bronx!!!! TO get your jewelry!!!!

  first timer in throggsneck jewelers and i have to say BOY WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! i was in the area for an appointment i had and had a few minutes to spare so i said what the heck .soon as i came in i was greeted which i loved. . most retails i have been in i get horrible customer serivice especially at BAYPLAZA. Well i am very satisfied the girls are amazing .check it out for yourself

  Horrible customer service. I received a simple Alex and ani bracelet as a Christmas gift from someone who was a loyal customer and the store refused to exchange it. Would never spend my money there and would not recommend them

  Super professional staff here and super friendly. They're not too pushy either like most jewelry shops that are just trying to make a buck. Very upscale at decent prices. Awesome gift boxes. They have Alex and Ani, as well as Pandora items which both seem to be all the craze now a days with the ladies. I have a mostly female family, so this place is a God send. And they have nice stuff for guys too. So can't beat it.
