  Thrill Bikes is the way to go! This is the second time I've scheduled with Jon and will be the person I take my bike to from now on! It was awesome to be able to sit and watch him work with my bike, but most of all to be able to get it back within an hour, it doesn't keep me from getting back out there for training! He takes the time to make sure you know what he is doing and very informative of the repairs he is finding! Thank you Jon!

  I was originally referred to Thrill Bikes by my tri club. Jon has since become the only mechanic I will use. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a gift for troubleshooting, and perhaps most important, is attentive and explains issues in plain language. I have complete trust that my bike is operating as efficiently as possible. Plus, the convenience of a mobile service is critical for busy professionals like myself who don’t have the time or desire to lug the bike to a shop, and then wait a week while it sits in a queue.

  John fixed my bike in no time at all and he is very nice! I am making him my bicycle repair person! Thanks again John for your expertise. I have the 1972 Breeze that you fixed the gear shifter along with the brakes!

  I've been using Jon at Thrill Bikes for a few years now and couldn't be happier. Small jobs Jon completes on site with a full mobile shop and the bigger ones he does the pickup and drop off at my house. I'm big on saving time and that's exactly what the mobile service does for me. Jon built me a single speed bike and regularly maintains my race bike, SS and wife's MTB. I'm big on regular maintenance to keep the bike on the trails as much as possible. This is the second year that Jon has done a full overhaul on my race bike and it comes back PERFECT. It's nearly an effortless spin on the cranks and completely silent. He never tries to sell me on things I don't need or want, but advises using a long history of engineering and bikes. So I never get sold a flux capacitor. I've got Jon on deck for a complete overhaul each year and he's super responsive whenever I have a question or need something fixed. I would highly recommend Thrill bikes for road/MTB service.

  Jon was incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. He discussed different options with me and the relative cost of each. He showed me how to do much of the maintenance on my own, and even pulled up images on his tablet to provide a better explanation. He patiently answered my questions and I feel like I received the same level of service he would have provided his more lucrative customers. I will definitely be going to him with my bike questions in the future.
