::Lamentable lo que me hicieron. Realicé la reserva y el pago por Internet. Le sume seguro completo. Al llegar para retirar el auto me informan que el seguro es básico. Además me cobraron un Extra de 300 dólares por el aparato del telepase. Si no lo abonaba no me devolvían el dinero de la reserva. No tuve opción. Esto es estafa. Con quien se puede realizar el reclamo correspondiente?

::I reserved online and was given a discount and when I went to pick the car up they would not honor the discount and the rental ended up being nearly 3x the price I was guaranteed on the site. Even after I showed them my reservation and receipt online they said I would just have to talk to the location where I was dropping the car off. When I got there, the woman at the front desk refused to listen to me or let me explain the situation, told me I was lying and she was not going to do anything to help me. I had another reservation for my return home and I cancelled immediately. I will never use this company again.

::Péssimo atendimento dos funcionários. Tanto na retirada do carro como na entrega. Nenhuma ajuda na informação de como chegar ao aeroporto ou um shuffle. Você se vira ao chegar com aquele tanto de bagagem.

::Ужасное место!!! Обман на каждом шагу! Всем говорят, что если не возьмете easy pass у них за 22$ в день, то за каждый проезд по платным дорогом дополнительно будет штраф 50$, хотя это не так!!! Я проехал от Нью Йорка до Балтимора и обратно и за все дороги заплатил 30$ и ни разу не попал на платную дорогу cashless! Машины убитые и вонючие, хамское отношение как на фронт деск, так и при выдаче авто! НИКОГДА больше не буду здесь арендовать авто!
