  Have tried several times to have my order done accurately. Each time I am unsuccessful. All i ask for is a crease in my slacks. The intake staff mark it correctly, the back of the house never does it right. I have given many chances, shame on me. I do not feel they care, their processes are broken. I even sent an email to the manager, no response. Won't be returning.

  This is by far the best dry cleaning company we've used and have now been using them over a year. The quality is top notch, and the service is fantastic. Anytime we have any challenge, the address it and solve it promptly and professionally. I highly recommend them. Even better, they pick up and deliver since my house is in Arlington.

  We have been using them since they opened, and recently moved to the mid-cities area. We are still dropping off laundry on the way to work back south because of the consistent excellent customer service, ease of pick up and drop off, quality, and prices.

  Best cleaners in DFW! Only place I trust with my clothes and I know will take good care of them every single time. William, the manager, is always very helpful and is willing to help out in any way. Sandy, the friendly old lady, is the best worker up there! Would recommend this place to everyone!

  I have seen a lot of reviews posting negatively but can not agree with some of them, I had a pair of pants that one of the seams came loose I guess during the cleaning process, no big deal. I called and spoke with William and he took care of it. Customer service was outstanding. Definitely would recommend to anyone for dry cleaning.
