  Some friendly people but crime is high in this area. Wish they got rid of people asking for money though

  Horrible service , the man with the tounge ring Is a rude inconsiderate person. Assuming I'm broke and cant afford a candy when I have plernt of money in pocket to pay for items and assumed I stole a candy bar, ontop of that banned me without a written notice or proper policy. Will be calling headquarters

  Im a cancer patient of uk hospital i my mother drove me 2 hours to get my treatment and i stopped there their restrooms where filthy n they were sweeping the floor so the woman starting using profanity at a loud enough volume toward custumers n we walked out n didnt buy anything so i called straight into the store to complain the manager n the woman cussing about the custumers was the manager so from now on when i havw to drive 2 hours to uk cancer treatment i will not use this store nor will i recommend it to anyone. If thtd the kind of ppl u have running ur store then ur establishment will get no businesses

  I got accused of stealing when I paid for my merchandise. I'll never go back here which is sad because I really enjoy their coffee. Why don't you all do something about the beggars outside of the store before you harass honest paying customers?

  Horrible service this woman almost attacked me after I asked were my thirty cents was at she yelled at me very snappy and claims it dispensed from change machine she 'HEARD IT'! It was very extremely unprofessional. it was only thirty cents, but reaction was not warranted and above and beyond rude. The bums will not leave you alone they expect you to give them money and there is ALWAYS more than one and they always ask for more than spare change. It is absolutely infested! Lexington brags about a safe city listen up DO NOT come here the place smells like a sewer, the lines are always sooo long, and you have to get someone to unlock the cooler to get a twelve pack of beer. Coming here is the worst chore ever! I absolutely lament it! I will never set foot in a Thorntons ever again!!!!
