  Kevin Mac is an amazing caring human being he helped us through a very dark time he treated us with dignity and grace and we are eternally greatful wouldnt deal with another funeral home ever

  it was difficult time for us, we had no idea what to do and we had complicated logistics. Every person we dealt with at Thomas M Quinn was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. They helped us plan every detail, patiently explained all options, assisted with other vendors, anticipated and resolved challenges with the cemetery and the church. All prices and services were clearly explained ( and documented) to us, helping us make the appropriate decisions.

  This place is amazing. In our search for a funeral home in the area, they were in our top 3 choices. They were not the least expensive of the options, but they were head and shoulders better than all of the others we checked out. The services they offer were above and beyond, giving a plethora of choices and options, including some off-the-cuff customization. The staff there is also impeccable. They all know they are dealing with grieving, emotional folk, and the manner in which the staff conduct themselves was astoundingly humane and sympathetic. Even when the inevitable snags came up, the staff, and in particular our funeral home representative, were understanding, empathetic, and most of all flexible, allowing us to come to solutions quickly and with little stress or frustration. Should you ever have to handle the inevitable passing of a loved one, I highly recommend this place. In a time of darkness and turmoil in our lives, Thomas M. Quinn & Sons provided goodness and light - I know it sounds cheesy as hell, but it's absolutely true; everything dealing with the process of putting our beloved to rest was stressful, frustrating process EXCEPT when we had to deal with this funeral home.
