::Cozy atmosphere with great staff and service! While we waited for our lattes, we went to the connecting bookstore in the back. Although it did take a while to get our coffee, it was understandable as there were many in line and acceptable as the baristas were very kind! All in all, great coffee shop to have a conversation or get some work done.

::Coffee that sets you thinking about the service! Was expecting great service which I did with the counter staff, a lady, she greeted me with the best smile. But when I went to pick up my coffee, the guy who made the coffee gave it to another customer without checking. I managed to get the drink in time before the other customer drank it. Instead of apologizing, he blinked at me, especially when I mentioned in passing that maybe that's why Starbucks has the customers' names on their drinks and calls them. I said that in passing and in jest, it wasn't meant as an insult or anything. It was a Sat night Feb 3 at 10pm. Think (pun intended) the customer experience can be improved from the point of ordering right through to picking up the order. A little thoughtfulness and mindfulness will go a long way, especially when it is Think Coffee.

::Had to attend a early morning Sunday meeting and needed some coffee found this coffee shop ,As soon as I enter I was treated so awesome 10 stars for him. For the guy that made my latte I give you 15 stars that latte was amazing, best ever!

::Nice place, good coffee and friendly people. I really enjoyed my visit @ think coffee. The service was very friendly and helpful, even if I did not understand his offer to provide me a bigger Americano for the same price, as the mugs are bigger than my ordered small. Great guy! The coffee was very good and the place is very stylish. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks Think Coffee Team!
