This is my second CEU course with therapeutic resource for EI. It's small tight space with a group of 30+ students but welcoming. More importantly, Dale was very informative, organized and well-spoken. I felt drawn to her class. She relieved my fears of going into EI. I left the class motivated and inspired.

I love they always reply promptly and they are available for inquiries. Very professional staff and the trainings they provide for their service providers are top quality.

I worked for Therapeutic Resources in 1999 as a contract PTA for a few months and had good experience with this company. I returned as an employee OTR in 2014 providing early intervention services and continue to have a great professional relationship with their support staff. I usually service approximately 12 to 17 children and rely heavily on the TR support staff, which never lets me down. This agency provides me with EI profesional development workshops at no cost every year, keeps track of my malpractice insurance, yearly medical and EI CEUs to meet NYC EI provider standards. In regards to pay, it has always been on time, as long as I hand my notes in on time. At this time the agency is moving to electronic notes to make our documentation easier and more efficient. I would really recomend working for this agency.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Other agencies offer better rates, better systems for reporting paperwork and better working relationships with their staff. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. 401k and medical plans are a joke

Management is terrible, sub-par at best. Decisions are emotionally based and not thought through. Management has no idea in terms of the direction of their company or frankly how to run it. They rely on "knowledgeable" individuals who come in and speak a big game but never produce. Everyone is underpaid especially the administrative staff, who basically handle all the work. Benefits are non existent because owners are cheap and more worried about purchasing new homes in calabasas, then supplying benefits that work for the employees. Ei director is clueless, beware of what you're applying for, therapists are underpaid in comparison to other companies.
