  Tony and his staff are knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. My experience was outstanding and I will be returning here if I have any more issues in the future. Tony was able to recognize my issue (I needed a hip replacement) when my doctors could not. I worked with Aulbrey to prepare for my surgery and it made all the difference in my speedy recovery. Post-surgery rehab was great. They knew just how to get me back to being better than ever. I was traveling, walking miles, hiking, and climbing pyramids within 4 months! Your results may differ, but they know their stuff! It was a pleasure working with Therapeutic Associates and I highly recommend them! (My friends are tired of hearing about them).

  I went to Therapeutic Associates Downtown Portland for pain, swelling and lack of motion in my right knee due a partial meniscus tear, arthritis and bone spurs. Tony and Aulbrey were great to work with, starting me on basic exercises to increase mobility and strength, gradually progressing as the knee improved. I especially appreciated their approach in prescribing home exercises that were effective, but not so time consuming that I might be inclined to skip them. In addition, they were very aware of what my goals were (return to running) and were willing to work with me toward that despite my sports orthopedist suggesting that probably wasn't in my future. With their guidance, recommendations and therapy, I've been able begin running again. I highly recommend this practice!

  I have referred many friends and co-workers to Therapeutic Associates Downtown Portland. If you work downtown it is very convenient. I have had to go to physical therapy for my knee, shoulder and back. Tony Rocklin and his staff are very professional. You receive one on one care and coaching while you are recovering. After you have done the exercises they make sure you are comfortable with massage, heat, cold compresses or whatever is needed for your particular injury. I especially appreciate the print out of home exercises so I can remember to do them correctly. Tony is a positive, caring, happy person to work with and he is committed to improving your health.
