::I went for a first outing with my 9 week old daughter. The mommy-baby yoga class was a lot of fun and a rewarding experience. In addition everyone was so welcoming and nurturing from the instructors to the other moms. Would high encourage any nervous mommy's to get out and try this one!

::Ahhh my favorite yoga studio in queens. Actually no, I think it's my favorite yoga studio in NYC! The people there feel like family. It's clean (especially for a hot room), spacious and always always has the most positive vibes. I go to both the Astoria and LIC studio and have done everything from barre, to hot pilates, hot vinyasa, aerial yoga and more. I am not a huge fan of the barre class (it's not as challenging as I'd like but is good if you want to ease into working out). I'm addicted to hot vinyasa. Monday nights with Wesley are the most popular and my fav. I also love Effie, Victoria and Jan. I've been a member here for three years and still haven't been able to take all the instructors, but I HIGHLY recommend.

::The Yoga Room is Nice and Clean! It feels very comfortable and calm when you enter. The Receptionist was nice and pleasant. I took my Barre Fit Class with Madeline on February 27th at 10:30am, although I feel that her class was not a beginners class like I had originally wanted to take. It was a great experience! Yoga is Hard but very well worth pushing your body to its Highest limits! Madeline was very Sweet, Encouraging and Got my muscles burning! It was great and I will tell anyone to take up Yoga classes I definitely will doing it again as my new work out.
