  In the past I’ve had excellent customer service from the Wheel Shop. Unfortunately my last experience was very disappointing. I had a wheel in my possession that I already owned and wanted to put it on my 2011. The Wheel Shop told me they could not install it as it was for a pre-2008 bike, and would not fit on my bike. They then offered to sell me another wheel, and since I purchased my first one from The Wheel Shop, I proceeded to order the wheel they recommended. Upon receiving the new wheel, I took it to the dealership who said they could not install it either as it was the same exact make and model of the wheel I originally had that I was told would not work. The Wheel Shop sold and recommended to me the exact product I already owned which they stated would not work. The Wheel Shop would not take it back because of the policy that the wheel was altered due to the bearing being removed. I understand the policy, however the wheel would not have been altered by the dealership in the attempt to install, if the correct one was sold to me for my 2011 in the first place. I felt that was a deceitful act to sell me the exact wheel they were aware that I had, and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

  AWESOME SHOP! Alex took care of me, great experience, rad people. Ordered some tires, came in super fast, and the price was right at what I would have paid on revzilla. Cant beat that! I popped in with the wheels in hand and they knocked em out for me quick. Will def be comin back

  I thought was a good tire store, I ordered 2 Comander 2 tires paid cash I called two weeks later and they didn't know who I was let alone receipt for tires took 2 more weeks finally got tire in after I got flat tire.Never going again didn't save any money driving my truck to work next time Harley dealer.

  Great experience knowledgeable staff they were able help get what I needed. They will be rebuilding a rim for my 2007 Roadking.
